Receiving emails to some addresses but not to others  (See more user questions)

Hi ...no problem!

The problem often is the email getting blocked on the receiving end, usually
by over-zealous spam filters. If you are getting emails from the script,
you should always get them to that email address, unless for example, there
is a change in a spam filter.

If you are getting any emails at all, which you are, that suggests to me
that all is well on your server and with your webhost. Just like the
script, these things tend to work or they don't. They don't "pick and
choose" when they will work.

So my bet would be the email is getting blocked on the receiving end.

I have tested the script with a Hotmail address and it worked sweetly.
Outlook in itself isn't a problem, just depends on the spam settings on the
receiving email server.

One thing you could try. Hard-code a From: email address into the script,
and put this address in a "friends" list on the receiving server/service
setup. There's more information in the script instructions about it. I
have attached the latest version of the script, should you need it.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

I see what you are saying.

Would you have any access to the emails that have been sent to us?

Would you recommend using a hotmail account, instead of outlook?

Thank you and sorry for being a pain.

Hi .

As per that support page, you need to ask your webhost and/or the provider
of your email service.

The script will send the email every time. If you don't get it, the problem
lies AFTER the script, which naturally has nothing to do with me.

Hello again....

Ive read through that page and everything seems to be fine, im getting no
errors or anything like that. As I said before a email will come to me but
not the other email address ive had added to the script, than on the other
hand sometimes it wont reach any of us ?

Is there any ways of you doing a check for us ?

Thank you

Hi .

Thank you for your question.

The script will send the email every time. If you do not receive it every
time, the problem lies somewhere between the script and your inbox.

Have a look at this page on my support section:

https://formtoemail.com/developersupport/not_receiving_email.php

Any questions, just let me know.

Best wishes.
