'Tell a friend' script  (See more user questions)

Sounds like you need a "tell a friend" script, not a form-to-email script!

Potentially that could be a nightmare with spammers, allowing the visitor to
send an email to any email entered on the form.

I'm sorry but my script does not have that facility.
