Sowing an address in the form  (See more user questions)

Hi

I provide the code for a basic contact form...name, email, comments. You
can add any extra fields you like, such as an address, and the script will
process that too. You need to add the form fields yourself, the script will
not do that for you. Have a look online for a HTML form tutorial. You can
then make your form, which my script will process.
