Not receiving email  (See more user questions)

Hi

That looks like they are using SMTP to send the email. The script uses the
PHP mail() function (as stated in the requirements) and will not work with
SMTP.

Ask them specifically if you can use the PHP mail() function (NOT SMTP) from
a PHP script to send email.

The 50/50 chance comment suggests they will probably be too ignorant to help
you. You really should get a proper host if you can.
